For more info, click here. We have updated our releases page. This is an archive of our past albums releases. We have also revamped the online store and added some of our past releases to it. These CDs are not longer found in record stores. You may stream the songs listing of each album. Of course, if you like what you have heard, please support us by buying a copy (or two). Most of the albums are collector items now. First up on the store are compilation Menagerie and 破岩石ּ破岩时. Menagerie was the first release in Compact Disc format from Mouse Records. Before, all other releases are in cassette tape format. This was also the first time that we record at a semi-digital studio using adat recorder. Previous recordings were done the analog ways and all master were on tapes. This compilation album featured 12 local bands. 破岩石ּ破岩时 is Singapore's first Chinese rock compilation album. The album featured 4 local bands and 1 from Malaysia. Back then, the handful local Chinese bands never have any chance for a gig. Recording their composition never came across their mind too. This album was a major break through in the local Chinese music scene which was dominated by pop music (and still is). Spring has long gone. But we just had a major warehouse spring cleaning. It was madness! We cleared some junks and found some gems too. Keep a look out on our online store for those gems soon.
The Stoned Revivals were featured on the M.I.S. Vol. 3 compilation album, with Take Or Leave, in 1993. To mark the band's 20th Anniversary, the band bids farewell to Slowjaxx. Featuring a stellar lineup of bands and friends, that were influenced by the band or simply to rock the gig. The Great Spy Experiment, Stellarium, Moods, Spacedays, Johnny Shameless and His Minions featuring Francis Frightful (OP) and David Knight (USA).
There will be merchandise on sale and surprises at the door. Tickets @ $10.00 will be sold at the door. The Stoned Revivals will be playing an array of old and new tunes alongside past and present members. "Twenty years of Independence, Peace and Love" Date: Sunday, June 27, 2010 Time: 4:00pm - 9:00pm Location: Substation Guinness Theatre, Armenian Street |
