DJ Frankie Lam (Hong Kong)
Frankie Lam started his career at the age of 17. Over the years, he developed a deserving reputation and is now known as one of the top DJ’s in the electronic music scene.
His talent is best renowned by his widespread track selection and mixing skills that allow him to create such a unique sound that distinctively sets him apart from other DJs. He has been part of many large events that included popular artists such as Fat Boy Slim, Chemical Brothers, John Digweed, Adam Freeland and many more.
Frankie had also been chosen to be a "mixing mentor" at the Color Production DJ school established by Hong Kong’s top hip hop disc jockey, DJ Tommy.
His passion is also shared outside of his independent career with 44 Production. His crew members, Des, Ming Wong, Gareth, DJ Ball Ball, DJ Ryan Li, Ma Sir established their own regular club nights and are credited for bringing the best Electronic Music into Hong Kong’s club scene.
Though he has already become notorious as one of the top DJ in Hong Kong, he is looking to expand his career in many ways beyond. He is currently spinning at many clubs in China and is also cooperating with Imai Fuktaro; a Japanese Dj/Promoter for the best Techno artists known in Japan such as Dr Shingo, Toshiyasu Kagami, Akira Ishihara and Ryukyudisko....
Frankie Lam had been chosen to be Hong Kong best DJ in 2006 by H.K Magazine. He had also been invited to be one of the artist in the Rockit HK Festival 2005 and 2006.
By the way, Frankie started to participate in fashion shows lately. He had been invited by fashion brands such as Y-3, Nike, Adidas ~ adicolor, Puma, LCX group, Moussy, D-Mop group and I.T group to be the event Dj/Music consultant of their fashion shows in Hong Kong.
